When should I get my water well inspected?
According to the National Ground Water Association, water well owners should have their systems inspected once every year or every other year. If you notice any of the following things happen at your residence or place of business be sure to call us immediately.
  • A change in the color of your water (brownish color)
  • Foul odor accompanied with the water
  • Sand or sediment in the water
  • Air coming from the faucets
  • Low water pressure
  • Flooding has occurred with the private well
What does a water well inspection include?
Each time we inspect either a residential or commercial water well we conduct the following things:
A detailed inspection of the wiring, sanitary cap, filtration equipment systems, pumping components, pressure tank and wellhead.
Water testing to look for contaminants such as high amounts of iron, sulfur and other acidic minerals that can cause harm if large amounts are ingested.
An assessment of the electrical equipment and well pump to make sure everything is functioning correctly within its line of yield.
If any problems are detected throughout our inspection we will provide an estimate on site to repair the issue and resolve any concerns that may be found. You can trust us with your San Antonio well inspections and will be happy you chose our company.
